TECHNOMELT PUR 260/1 ME PUR Adhesive, 16 kg, HENKEL

TECHNOMELT PUR 260/1 ME contains less than 0.1% monomeric diisocyanate, reducing hazardous isocyanate vapours by up to 90%. Thanks to Technomelt Micro Emission (ME) technology, the adhesive is not classified as hazardous and does not require specialised operator training.

Applications

• Suitable for edgebanding from 15 m/min
• Ideal for bonding: Wood, Veneer, Melamine, Polyester, HPL, PVC, ABS, PP
• Suitable for machining centres (CNC/BAZ) with direct application
• Preliminary suitability tests are recommended when using thick edging materials.

Tested with 0.6 mm oak veneer using the Henkel temperature increase test method.

Storage

Store in the original tightly sealed packaging in a cool, dry place.
Shelf life (unopened original packaging): 1 year.

Cleaning

Regularly flushing the system with TECHNOMELT PUR CLEANER 4, or using it before changing adhesives, effectively reduces adhesive residue build-up.
