Return policy

  • 1. Right of Withdrawal
    The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement without providing a reason within fourteen (14) calendar days by notifying the Seller. This right of withdrawal does not apply if the agreement falls under one of the exceptions listed in Article 6.228(10) paragraph 2 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania. Specifically, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

    – agreements for perishable goods or goods with a short shelf life;
    – agreements for sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons.

    2. Notification of Withdrawal
    To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Buyer must notify the Seller by filling out the electronic return request form. Upon receiving the Buyer’s request, the Seller shall immediately send confirmation of receipt.

    3. Conditions for Returning Goods
    3.1. The returned product must be in its original, undamaged packaging.
    3.2. The product must not be damaged by the Buyer.
    3.3. The product must be unused and retain its commercial appearance (labels intact, protective films not removed, etc.). This condition does not apply when returning defective goods.
    3.4. The returned product must be in the same set and condition as received by the Buyer.
    3.5. Proof of purchase must be provided when returning the product.
    3.6. The Seller reserves the right to refuse a return if the Buyer fails to comply with the conditions outlined in clause 3.3.
    3.7. If the Buyer receives the wrong item and/or a defective item, the Seller undertakes to collect such goods and replace them with identical, fault-free items.
    3.8. If a suitable replacement is not available, the Seller will refund the amount paid by the Buyer, excluding the delivery cost.
