Purchase rules

  • 1. General Provisions
    1.1. These Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter – the “Terms”) are a legally binding document for both Parties and define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Buyer and Seller when purchasing goods via the online store.

    1.2. The Seller reserves the right to change, amend, or supplement the Terms at any time, in accordance with legal requirements. The Buyer will be informed via the online store website. The version of the Terms in force at the time of placing the order shall apply to the Buyer.

    1.3. The following entities are entitled to purchase from the online store:

    1.3.1. legally capable natural persons, i.e., adults whose legal capacity is not restricted by court order;

    1.3.2. minors aged 14 to 18, only with parental or guardian consent, unless they are independently managing their income;

    1.3.3. legal entities;

    1.3.4. authorized representatives of all the above persons.

    1.4. By confirming these Terms, the Seller also guarantees that the Buyer has the right to purchase goods in the online store under clause 1.3.

    1.5. The contract between the Buyer and the Seller is considered concluded when the Buyer, having created a shopping cart, entered the delivery address, selected a payment method, and confirmed awareness of the Seller’s Terms, clicks the “Confirm Order” button (see Section 5 – “Ordering, Pricing, Payment, and Terms”).

    2. Protection of Personal Data
    2.1. The Buyer may order goods from the online store in the following ways:

    2.1.1. by registering on the online store and providing the required registration data;

    2.1.2. without registration.

    2.2. When ordering goods as specified in clause 2.1, the Buyer must provide the Seller with personal data necessary for order fulfillment: full name, delivery address, phone number, and email address.

    2.3. By confirming these Terms, the Buyer agrees that their personal data specified in clause 2.2 may be processed for the purposes of selling goods and services via the online store, business analysis, and direct marketing.

    2.4. By agreeing to the processing of their personal data for sales purposes, the Buyer also consents to receiving informational messages via the email and/or phone number provided, necessary for order fulfillment.

    2.5. The Buyer undertakes to keep login credentials confidential and not to disclose them to third parties.

    3. Buyer’s Rights and Obligations
    3.1. The Buyer has the right to purchase goods from the online store in accordance with these Terms and other instructions provided on the website.

    3.2. The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement within 14 (fourteen) working days from the date of delivery by notifying the Seller in writing (by email, including the item name and order number), except in cases where withdrawal is not permitted by Lithuanian law (e.g., the sale of hygiene products such as bedding – see Consumer Center information: http://www.vartotojucentras.lt/istatymas.php?id=1038, point 18 on “Specifics of Returning Non-Food Items”).

    3.3. The right of withdrawal applies only if the product has not been damaged or used, and its original appearance remains unchanged.

    3.4. The Buyer must accept the ordered goods and pay the agreed price.

    3.5. If the Buyer’s registration details change, the Buyer must update them immediately.

    3.6. The Buyer must not disclose login credentials to third parties. If access credentials are lost, the Buyer must notify the Seller immediately using the contact details provided in the “Contacts” section.

    3.7. By using the online store, the Buyer agrees to comply with these Terms and not to violate the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. 

      4. Seller’s Rights and Obligations
    4.1. The Seller undertakes to ensure the Buyer can properly use the online store’s services.

    4.2. If the Buyer attempts to compromise the stability or security of the online store or violates their obligations, the Seller has the right to immediately and without notice restrict, suspend, or cancel the Buyer’s access to the online store.

    4.3. The Seller undertakes to respect the Buyer’s right to privacy and to protect the personal information provided in the registration form.

    4.4. The Seller undertakes to deliver the goods ordered by the Buyer to the address provided by the Buyer.

    5. Ordering, Pricing, Payment, and Terms
    5.1. Purchases can be made in the online store 24/7.

    5.2. The contract becomes effective when the Buyer clicks the “Confirm Order” button and receives an order confirmation email from the Seller.

    5.3. All product prices in the online store and in the order summary are indicated in euros (EUR), including VAT.

    5.4. The Buyer may pay for the goods using one of the following methods:

    5.4.1. Online banking – advance payment via the Buyer’s internet banking system. The Buyer must have an agreement with their bank. Funds are transferred to the Seller’s bank account. The bank is responsible for the security of payment data.

    5.4.2. Bank transfer – advance payment by printing the order and transferring funds at a bank branch to the Seller’s account.

    5.5. The Buyer must pay for the goods immediately. The order is processed and delivery timelines begin only after payment is received.

    6. Delivery of Goods
    6.1. When selecting delivery, the Buyer must provide the correct delivery address.

    6.2. The Buyer must accept the delivery personally. If delivered to the provided address and received by someone else, the Buyer may not file claims.

    6.3. Goods are delivered by the Seller or an authorized representative (courier).

    6.4. Delivery terms are indicated in product descriptions. These are indicative and do not apply if the item is not in stock. In such cases, the Buyer is informed. In exceptional circumstances, delays may occur due to reasons beyond the Seller’s control. The Seller will contact the Buyer to agree on updated delivery conditions.

    6.5. The Seller is not liable for delayed delivery if it is due to the Buyer’s fault or unforeseen circumstances.

    6.6. The Buyer must immediately notify the Seller if the parcel is damaged, contains incorrect items, or has an incomplete order.

    6.7. If visible damage is noticed at delivery, the Buyer must make a note on the courier’s delivery document or complete a separate damage report in the courier’s presence. If this is not done, the Seller is not liable for damage caused by packaging defects.

    7. Product Quality and Warranties
    7.1. General product information is provided in each product description.

    7.2. The Seller is not responsible if the color, shape, or other visual characteristics differ from reality due to the Buyer’s screen/display settings.

    7.3. Certain products include a manufacturer’s warranty, the duration and terms of which are specified in the product description.

    7.4. If no separate warranty is provided, the legal warranty defined by applicable legislation applies.

    8. Returns and Exchanges
    8.1. Defective goods are handled in accordance with the Order No. 217 of the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Lithuania (June 29, 2001) regarding the “Rules on the Return and Exchange of Items,” except for goods that cannot be returned under law (e.g., hygiene items such as bedding – see Consumer Center site: http://www.vartotojucentras.lt/istatymas.php?id=1038, point 18).

    8.2. The Buyer may return goods within 14 (fourteen) business days from delivery by notifying the Seller via the contact details provided, stating the item name, order number, and reason for return.

    8.3. Returned items must meet the following conditions:

    8.3.1. in original, undamaged packaging;

    8.3.2. undamaged by the Buyer;

    8.3.3. unused and retaining their commercial appearance (e.g., labels intact, protective films unremoved); this does not apply to defective goods;

    8.3.4. complete with all original components;

    8.3.5. proof of purchase must be provided.

    8.4. The Seller reserves the right to reject returns if the conditions in clause 8.3 are not met.

    8.5. If the wrong or defective item is delivered, the Seller undertakes to collect and replace it with the correct item.

    8.6. If a suitable replacement is not available, the Buyer will be refunded the purchase price excluding delivery costs.

    9. Liability
    9.1. The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy of personal data. If incorrect data is provided, the Seller is not liable and may claim damages.

    9.2. The Buyer is responsible for any actions performed via the online store.

    9.3. Registered Buyers are responsible for keeping their login data secure. If a third party uses their login, they are considered the Buyer.

    9.4. The Seller is not liable for losses resulting from the Buyer not reading the Terms.

    9.5. The Seller is not responsible for information or services on external websites linked from the online store.

    9.6. If damage occurs, the responsible Party must compensate the other Party for direct losses.

    10. Marketing and Communication
    10.1. The Seller may launch various promotions at their discretion.

    10.2. The Seller may change or cancel promotions without prior notice. Any changes apply moving forward.

    10.3. The Seller sends all notifications to the Buyer via contact details provided in the registration form.

    10.4. The Buyer sends all inquiries using the contact details provided in the “Contact” section of the online store.

    10.5. The Seller is not liable if the Buyer does not receive notifications due to internet or email provider issues.

    11. Final Provisions
    11.1. These Terms are governed by the laws and regulations of the Republic of Lithuania.

    11.2. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall first be resolved through negotiation. If an agreement cannot be reached, disputes will be settled in accordance with Lithuanian law.
