TECHNOMELT PUR 270/9 ME PUR Adhesive, 16 kg, Natural, HENKEL

TECHNOMELT PUR 270/9 ME contains less than 0.1% monomeric diisocyanate, reducing hazardous isocyanate vapours by up to 90%. Thanks to Technomelt Micro Emission (ME) technology, the adhesive is not classified as hazardous and does not require specialised operator training.

Applications

• Suitable for edgebanding from 15 m/min
• Ideal for bonding: Wood, Veneer, Melamine, Polyester, HPL, PVC, ABS, PP
• Preliminary suitability tests are recommended when using thick edging materials.

Storage

Store in the original tightly sealed packaging in a cool, dry place.
Shelf life (unopened original packaging): 1 year.

Cleaning

Regularly flushing the system with TECHNOMELT PUR CLEANER 4, or using it before changing adhesives, effectively reduces adhesive residue build-up.
For cleaning application equipment, we recommend using TECHNOMELT PUR CLEANER ME or TECHNOMELT PUR CLEANER ALL-IN-1.
