Particleboard (PB) – uncoated wood particle board, made by mixing wood chips and dust with formaldehyde resin, then pressing and sanding the mixture. Various types of particleboards can be used in both dry and humid conditions, for load-bearing and non-load-bearing purposes. This makes particleboard an ideal material for interior projects and furniture. It is a more economical alternative to solid wood and is commonly used in the production of doors, upholstered and case furniture, flooring, packaging, and construction.
