Birch plywood
-
Birch plywood is a popular type of plywood, especially in the production of three-layer floors, casework and upholstered furniture. It is naturally stronger and more durable than other types of plywood and often has an attractive, even surface (depending on the grade). Birch plywood consists only of birch veneer (thin sheets of birch wood) glued and pressed together. Each layer of birch plywood has the same thickness, which makes the plywood sheet more consistent, void-free, stable and aesthetically appealing. Birch plywood edges have an attractive line pattern (achieved by changing the orientation of each inner layer), making it a particularly popular material when an exposed plywood edge is desired. Birch plywood is famous for its easy processing and screw holding strength, which is superior to other types of plywood - due to its strength, uniform layers and thicker surface.\n\nDepending on the type of surface, it is most often used in the production of soft and cased furniture, parquet and three-layer floors, tractor trailer floors, concreting works, interior elements, sound speakers and even skateboards.\n\n
