Time to film formation (open adhesive time): ~15+-5 minutes (depending on ambient humidity and temperature)

Adhesive setting rate at (20°C/50% RH): 2 - 3 mm per day.

Mechanical characteristics:

Hardness: ~ 35 - 40 according to Shore A

Ultimate tensile strength (527-3): ~1,0 -1,5 N/mm2

Elongation to rupture (527-3): 150%-200%

Bonding:

The glued parts must be clean and grease-free.

Test the adhesive with the materials to be bonded to see if the adhesion is adequate.

Three-sided adhesion should be avoided. In order to avoid three-sided adhesion, a round PE rope can be used.

After applying adhesive KLEIBERIT 600.0 on the surface to be glued, level it. Pay attention to the edges. Remove excess glue.

Do not use under water.\n\n

Cleaning:

Hardened adhesives can only be removed mechanically.
