Adhesive 566.0 PUR grey KLEIBERIT

KLEIBERIT Supracraft 566 – permanently elastic, fast-drying, one-component polyurethane adhesive and sealing compound. Cures by reacting with moisture. The adhesive is suitable for use in shipbuilding – holds IMO certificate.

Not resistant to: solvents and organic acids, concentrated acids and alkalis, alcohol, lacquer thinner

Bonding:

Before bonding, please refer to the safety data sheets.

The bonding surfaces must be clean and free of grease. For cleaning, we recommend using KLEIBERIT Cleaner 820.0 (make sure the cleaner does not damage the materials). Fumed wood, such as smoked oak, must be free of ammonia. Oily woods, such as exotic species, must be tested before bonding. KLEIBERIT SupraCraft 566 should be applied to one of the bonding surfaces. If needed, the adhesive can be spread with a spatula before skin formation. Press the parts together and fix them in place.

Cleaning:
Tools must be cleaned immediately with KLEIBERIT Cleaner 820.0.
Cured adhesive can only be removed mechanically.
