At the conference “Iconic Architecture for People and the City,” organized by STRUCTUM magazine and the Lithuanian Association of Architects, our colleague Darius Martinėnas delivered a talk titled “The DNA of Veneer: The Beauty and Sustainability of Wood.”
This is a timely topic for architects and interior designers who value a sense of naturalness, durability, and the balance between aesthetics and practicality in spatial design. It was also insightful to hear presentations from colleagues in other fields—their perspectives enriched the broader discussion on how architecture shapes the environments we inhabit every day.
